About This Child

Maimuna is a brilliant 9-year-old girl living in a small one room mud house with her mother and two siblings. Her father abandoned her family in June 2019 leaving her mother, who is suffering from malaria, to provide for the family’s basic needs as well as medical treatment for herself. Maimuna is passionate about school, but cannot attend regularly due to the unpaid school fees.  Your sponsorship of Maimuna will allow her to continue her education on a regular basis.
